At Label Aja, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans. The beauty of Chikankari lies in its human touch—no two pieces are ever exactly alike. These subtle irregularities are not flaws, but a mark of authenticity.
To ensure a seamless experience while maintaining the integrity of our craft, we follow the below guidelines:

Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the
Return Request Submission
- All return or exchange requests must be submitted through our official Return Portal: https://www.labelajachikankari.in/apps/quickreturns
- Only requests raised through the Return Portal will be considered for review and processing.
- Requests submitted via WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, or any other platform will not be considered valid return or exchange requests.
- If you experience any technical issues while submitting a request through the Return Portal, you may contact us on WhatsApp at +91 87677 23837 for assistance.
- Please note that contacting us on WhatsApp does not constitute a return or exchange request. The request must still be successfully submitted through the Return Portal within the applicable return window.
Store Credit
Instead of monetary refunds, we offer store credit for all approved returns.
This allows you the flexibility to choose something you truly love.
Store credit remains valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your piece, we’ll be happy to assist—subject to availability.
In case your preferred style is unavailable, the amount will be issued as store credit.
Pickup & Handling
A nominal pickup fee of ₹150–₹200 is applicable, which will be adjusted against your store credit or charged during processing.
A Note on Craft & Variations
Chikankari is a handcrafted art form, and slight variations are part of its charm:
- Minor loose threads or thread variations may be present and are not considered defects.
- A 10–15% color variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
These are natural characteristics of handmade products and not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Pieces
Certain pieces are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during sale or promotion
- Products priced at ₹999 or below
- Innerwear
Product Condition
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact.
Pieces that do not pass our quality check will not be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare instance that you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- A product opening video is required as proof
- The item must remain unused and in original condition
- Requests without proper proof, or products that are worn or missing tags, will not qualify.
Additional Notes
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable
- All requests are subject to a final quality check and approval
